Chocolate, Caramel and Peanut butter

A rich, fluffy chocolate sponge with swirls of salty caramel and creamy peanut butter between the layers — absolute heaven. The whole thing’s wrapped in smooth caramel buttercream that, in my opinion, ties it all together perfectly.

   For the decorations, I went a little wild (in the best way): macarons, sweet caramel popcorn, dried lemon slices, sprinkles, meringue kisses, a few isomalt details, and of course a touch more buttercream. A lot going on, I know — but it turned out quite festive, ain't I right? 🤎

Espresso, Chocolate and Raspberry

This lovely cake has four layers of vanilla sponge with raspberries tucked inside and a smooth, medium-dark chocolate ganache as filling. And oh, the sponges are soaked in Espresso syrup which make this cake quite an adult one! It’s all wrapped up in a raspberry buttercream made with real raspberry purée for that pretty pink color and because it also ads a more fruity taste.

   The cake is topped with meringue kisses, dried raspberries, sprinkles, and a little shimmer — usually added just to make me smile a little more! 🤎

Chocolate, Orange and Caramel

Four soft layers of vanilla sponge flavoured with fresh orange zest and brushed with an orange syrup. Between each layer, a medium-dark chocolate ganache meets a thin layer of salted caramel — yep, a wonderful combination! The cake is then wrapped in silky caramel buttercream.

   For the finish: chocolate drips, crisp meringues, a few rice sails to create some hight, and swirls of buttercream with a scatter of sprinkles. A little sunshine in my eyes 🤎

A two-tier cake built from four layers of chocolate sponge in each tier. Between the sponges, two layers pair a vanilla mousse with sweet raspberry jam, while a third holds a smooth milk-chocolate ganache. The entire cake is finished with a coat of vanilla buttercream.​

   For the finish: wafer-paper ruffles and flowers, a touch of piped buttercream, a few dried edible flowers and shimmering sugar pearls. Because, I mean, why not? 🤎

Chocolate and Raspberry

This one's for the celebration of my neighbour turning 14! A big fan of raspberry and chocolate, she got vanilla sponge layers with raspberries tucked inside and a medium-dark chocolate ganache between each layer. She had seen one of my previous cakes and loved the design of #5, so I created something inspired by it—similar, but still unique.​

   Decorations: chocolate drips, chocolate macarons, dried raspberries, wafer paper flowers, sugar-coated berries, and lots of sprinkles and buttercream details 🤎

Chocolate, Orange and Mulled wine

This Birthday cake for my dad features four chocolate sponges layered with either mulled wine ganache or orange mousse with an orange curd insert, plus milk chocolate ganache sitting on top of a thin layer of crunchy sugar-almond praline. It's all covered in mulled wine-infused buttercream.

​   To finish it off: chocolate drips, a few handmade crêpe paper roses and wafer paper flowers, macarons, wool balls, sugar-coated berries, dried eucalyptus and baby’s breath, dried orange slices — and lots of buttercream, sprinkles, and shimmer 🤎
