Carrot Cake with a touch of Lime
This gorgeous has carrot cake sponges — soft, juicy, and full of warm flavours like cinnamon, cardamom, ginger, a hint of vanilla, and of course, quite lots of grated carrots. Between the layers you’ll find a silky cream cheese frosting with a fresh twist of lime zest (love this!). The whole cake is wrapped in dreamy ombré vanilla buttercream.​
For the finishing touches: white chocolate ganache drips, an isomalt sail, a few dried lemon slices, sprinkles, and as always a bit more buttercream 🧡

Gingerbread, Orange and Saffron
Christmas is coming up, so with this one I went for warm gingerbread spices. Between the layers you’ll find a saffron ganache, a orange mousse, and a fresh layer of orange curd. The whole cake is wrapped in a velvety vanilla buttercream.
For the finishing touches: tiny sugar berries, a few wool balls (quite adorable, right?), wafer-paper flowers, small rice paper sails, meringues, sprinkles, shimmer — and of course, extra buttercream 🧡
